When are you available?
-We offer same day/next day service and clients can also book a job up to 2 weeks in advance in most cases. For the most up to date days and times available please click on the Book Now tab, which can be found at the top and bottom of the page.
What is your pricing?
-We charge a $65 service fee and $75 per hour. The service fee is a one time trip/diagnostic fee, which covers diagnosis of appliance, up to 1 hour of travel from our location, and an estimate to repair the appliance. We do not charge an additional service fee if we have to return to the same location to continue work on another day. Our hourly rates are $75 per hour for all standard appliance repairs.
What is your process after I book/hire?
-We start by getting in contact, whether it be through email, text or over the phone to see what the problem is with the appliance. From there we schedule a day and time that works best for our client. We're always happy to talk with our clients one on one prior to making an appointment to discuss any appliance question or needs they may have. Once an appointment has been set, a service tech will arrive at your home or business and start diagnosing the problem. If at any time you have questions for the tech please feel free to ask, we're happy to explain.
Do you install Appliances?
-Yes. We offer a flat rate for most appliance installs. Please contact us for more information on our installation rates as they do vary depending on the job.
